Father and son bike builders, AMP Motorcycles, converted a 1999 Yamaha WR400 to short track spec to ride and race it at Dirt Track Lelystad in the Netherlands. We have the exclusive story and photos by Christine Gabler and Marc Holstein.

The AMP Motorcycles team really nailed the short track aesthetic. It makes you wonder what other gems are hiding out there, waiting for a second life. Speaking of finding gems, I was just browsing Live Auctioneers and saw some amazing vintage motorcycle parts up for bid. Dirt Track Lelystad looks like an awesome place to put a custom build like this to the test. I'm inspired to start wrenching on my own project bike!
