The amateur flat track scene is exploding. When Sideburn launched there was one fledgling series, Peter Boast's Short Track UK. Now there is the DTRA, a Scunthorpe series and another at Rye House. Plus there's DirtQuake, now in it's seventh year, Sixtown Chopper Show's race and more practice days than ever before.
Add to that this new event, Summer Slam.
The race is for flat trackers and road bikes.
There's a £1000 prize money for the winner of the pro race.
