North One Television filming the whole day’s action for special programme
After a fantastic inaugural Harley-Davidson Hooligan STT International Invitational Flat Track race event at European Bike Week in Faaker See, Austria last year the squadron of very special Harley-Davidson Street Rod 750s is moving from a dirt oval to ice.
15 carefully selected members of the world’s press – plus ex-WSB and MotoGP superstar Ruben Xaus – will be riding and racing through H-D’s invite at SnowQuake, which takes place on the Ice Rosa Rink, Riva Valdobbia, 2 hours north of Milan, Italy, 17th January. An after party at Café Deus, central Milan will cap the event in the evening.
The 8 stunning Street Rod 750 Flat Track machines, built and maintained by IDP Moto, have been converted to Ice Track-spec. with 500-stud Continental TCK80 tyres, front and rear wheel guards, chain/sprocket conversion and a host of detail changes including tethered kill switch.
And the Street Rod 750 Ice Track has been thoroughly tested in Andorra by Xaus himself. He pronounced it ready to race!
To add to the excitement TV production company North One Television will be on site and recording the whole day’s action, for a show to be broadcast February 7th, 8pm on ITV4.
