From 2pm: Arrive at the New Delight Inn from 2pm, set up tents, get a drink.
4.00: Welcome drinks
5.00: Entertainment starts
6.00: Meal
8.00: Slide shows and assorted entertainment
10.00 till close: Dancing, slurred speech, hugging
Sunday
8-10: Breakfast followed by dispersal
